Spent 10 minutes on the phone with them to explain where I live for them to tell me that the driver will bring my package on monday. Now it is Monday and I get the "sorry we missed you" notice even though I've been home the whole time. So now I have to drive 30 minutes to guelph and 30 minutes back with my week old baby all because the driver was too lazy to buzz or call me when he was here

Order came 3 days before supposed to but when the delivered it, they delivered it to the wrong house and I had to go searching for which one of my neighbours’ poach it was on.

I would rate this mailing service 0 star too. The driver left a note "We're sorry we missed you" although I was waiting at home, left an email for delivery notification. The delivered ID also damaged and am responsible for the fine. I had to pickup the parcel compromising my busy schedule. I reported officially-no reply and received a reply at my Instagram "the driver did not ring your unit for delivery. The item shows to have been picked up at our depot. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide any compensation for this. -Vanessa" ....Sorry word lost its sensitivity, they take money for their service but no ethics, impolite too.

I’ve never had a positive experience with this location. Staff consistently refuse to answer any of my inquiries or offer solutions, and instead just tell me that anything customer service tells me is invalid because it’s a call centre. I’ve had incoming packages get sent back despite any efforts I make to stop it from happening. Unfortunately I have to deal with them because my employer strictly uses Purolator, otherwise I try to avoid this company.

Services sucks, I explicitly told them to call me on arrival of my building and they continuously did not and kept saying the package was not delivered

For 9 years my packages have been delivered to the wrong house. Every single time I call in I’m told a manager from this depot will call and I’ve never received a call. The one and only time I was able to speak to the driver was when he went to retrieve my package and he told me he didn’t know my street existed. Yet to this day, he still continues to deliver them to the wrong neighbourhood. This is absolutely atrocious behaviour.

They expect you to stand outside your house and keep waiting for driver for scheduled pickup service between 1pm to. 5pm. And not even care to ring the door bell or calling for informing. The worst service I ever had.
