“Yes, the staff are sometimes slow....but 50% of the customers are incompetent! They don't have clue what they want and aren't organized? Do some research before you go in and have your parcel ready! You can fill in the customs form(if needed) online or on the App. Christ, I am over 60 and even I know how to do that.....”
