Avoid at all cost!!
First they don’t have your medication that you been on for years, done each month ready for you to pick up like all other drug stores I have had in the past Finding out last min they need to request your dr for a refill, meaning you have to wait up to 72 hours at time before the dr will respond (meds that you can’t pick up early even a day so you can be left with no meds for a couple days)
Then when you arrange to get it picked up taxi and it gets here it’s not in the bag twice in a couple months this happened saying you must have gotten them. I’ve never lost meds or ask for anything like this before ever !! I think they are used to having people being dishonest to get twice the meds(that’s where they give methadone, no judgement just by their behaviour they are quite suspicious when they made the mistake to begin with )but I don’t do that!! Then having to wait those couple days again for the dr to see the “agree to release early” but they weren’t early they were late and never given to me. They didn’t sent to me at all!!
Be prepared to be told they can’t get important meds for months due to stock shortage. But don’t try locating then at another location. When I did they had the meds in their store ??♀️. Save yourself the headache.

This pharmacy was extremely disrespectful to me, I got a months supply of meds from them and they didn’t put that in the computer so when i came back at the end of the month they were surprised i was still getting medication from them and proceeded to tell me they didn’t have one of my prescription just the one so i waited two weeks for them to get it. I asked the man on the phone if i could get them delivered as i work overnights and just to leave them at the door, he said that was fine. Instead someone came up to my front door of my apartment i have no idea how they got into my building, my roommate answered the door and he told him he was lucky i got my meds. so i called today to ask them why they were rude and if i could have my meds ready for the end of the month so the two week thing doesn’t happen again and he said yes and then i also asked if he could make a note to the driver to not be rude to me for no reason, i explained what happened and that i sleep during the day and that’s why i asked them to leave them at the door and he just hung up the phone on me. just hung up. continuing to be rude. So thanks guys at Pharmasave i feel like a valued customer right now !

Incredibly nice and organized. Never had a problem getting my meds on time with clear communication from staff if something is not available. I find OTC products are also cheaper than rexall, and shoppers.

On multiple given medication to an unknown assailant causing in a near death experience last week. recall pharmacy is 200 metres away inside. And follow the files notes! 5 to many chances. Says on file as I confirmed last month that these medications were not to leave the building with anyone but me, NO ID just handing out high end bipolar meds and adderal to the wonderful addictsbof downtown guelph. I’ll see you tomorrow morning for my “maybe it’s in”

George, the pharmacist, is an excellent source of information about your medications, and he is enthusiastic about his work, as evidenced by his strong work ethic. Visiting this pharmacy is always pleasant. Also, the staff provides outstanding customer service, eliminating the need to go elsewhere in Guelph for your pharmacy needs.

If you want people that don't care about you your condition or whether you get your needed medication or not.... Look elsewhere. The owner's name is Nick and this man for went 5000+$ in buisness over 9 pills. This is a man without I spend 5k a year there and treated like gafbage. compassion a man that does not care one bit any logic just whoever he likes. about his patrons. Does not value you as a customer id recommended the rexall beside it in the Quebec Street mall. There you will be cared for about and never go without your meds. This man wouldn't release a few painkillers after I just had shoulder surgery couldn't care less about the pain or fact I'm there every Friday cash in hand. Just a bad person running a bad store. Avoid at all costs. I do I'd rather pay more than feel like a sub human piece of trash like Nick makes people feel. Iam done with this place. Other than they are the most conviwnt location for me I'd rather go outta my way to pay more. That is how bad it is. Their one saving grace... A man called George, this man cares about his customers but he's unfortunately not the boss. Or it would be a great satire. Stay away. Garbage.
