Lovely gift items for bird lovers and good variety of seed .I bought myself a seasonal bird flag for Christmas and some suet with chili that squirrels don’t like . The clerk bagged it in a beautiful Christmas ? bag for me ! And said act surprised.On another note ?:I’m having trouble lately with my other seed getting wet very quickly even with feeder fresh . I may need more shelter for my feeders.

I had an IVDD french bulldog that needed to be put down after hours :( when i called the staff were nore than happy to allow us to come into their quiet room with our while famiky and other dog, and enjoy our last few ours peacefully with our baby even though it was after hours and the holiday weekend. They again were so caring and supportive to us during the experience.
Thank you for allowing us to have the time to enjoy our last few memories with him, and to bring him peace as he was happy and pain free in his last hours ❤️

Centurion Coffee
1027 Gordon St Suite 10, GuelphThis place is definitely a study spot for university students at Guelph. The coffee shop is well designed with different lounge chairs and tables that make it the perfect place to pull out your laptop and get some work done. When I went on a Saturday it was packed! But still the service was pretty fast. I got the caramel latte which was amazinggg. I think it may be my new favourite iced latte in the area. The coffee flavour is rich and robust which I prefer. I think the Sausage egg and cheese on the other hand was okay. I think I was a bit thrown off because the sausage was a bit soggy. I think I'll still give the food here another try though just because I like the coffee so much. My partner also really liked his frappe so I think we'll be coming by again.

Fixed Gear Brewing Co. Tasting Room & Beer Store
20 Alma St S, GuelphIt's a fairly neat spot set back in the neighbourhood. There is a fixed gear beer store on the main road, then you have to travel through the houses to get to this spot. First time here and it's a very hipster vibe through the main entrance to the backyard made up of shipping containers and comfy seating. Beer was good, service was good. Overall I would recommend this to be a spot on your beer tour in guelph!

24 Carden St, GuelphServer seemed new... maybe first day? She did well, but obviously wasn't as familiar with the menus etc as one might expect. Food was mostly good... nice starters... my main complaint was that the meat was all expertly handled and perfectly cooked, while the veg seemed like an afterthought. I had a delicious piece of short rib, but I almost snapped my knife in half trying to cut through a carrot. The main part of the dish is the meat (delicious), but the veg that came with it was not really even warm, and mostly under-blanched. Remember that the veg on a meat dish is a supporting element that needs to prop up the dish... this time it let it down. That being said, we had a nice meal and everyone left happy. We'll be back again.

Crazy Carrot
30 Wyndham St N, GuelphUpdate: I love this place! They are fast at assembling your meal -- as fast as takeout! Their dishes don't cost much more than the price of takeout. After trying a few dishes, I have found a favourite: the Harvest Kale Salad with tofu added. The kale and the veggies in it are incredibly fresh, like they just picked them -- especially the kale! My hubby loves the C.C. bowl! You can add protein or vegetables and assemble the bowls or salads as you like! I love supporting this business with its healthy and fast meals! My girls love their salads too! One of my sons has had the pulled pork sandwich a couple of times, and he likes it. My daughter also enjoyed a side of grilled vegetables.

I got exactly what I was looking for: a healthy lunch. I liked the Chipotle Cashew sauce a little and found myself using less of the hot sauce side. I chose to hold the cilantro, which would have affected the flavour of my bowl. My hubby poured the hot sauce heavily on my leftovers and then finished off my meal. He was over the moon with this bowl. I want to try their other bowls though next time. I'm very glad that this healthy option exists!
Food Options: Dizzying! So many options!They have bowls, wraps, sandwiches, chicken or veggie boxes, soups, salads, quesadillas, poutine, smoothies, side dishes, specialty drinks, and desserts.
Dining options: Dine-in, takeout, and catering.
Price: Quite affordable! $11.52 for one regular sized Oaxaca bowl without a drink. That's cheaper than most fast food places, and it's healthy!
Service: Incredibly helpful and thoughtful!
Portion: The regular sized bowl was huge! That was closer to two lunches for me, especially if I had chosen a side of falafels. Next time, I will get one size down. They have 3 sizes.
Amenities: It has high chairs.
Parking: Macdonell parking lot is free (for 2 hours), which is nearby. Carden St. and Macdonell St. have free street parking (2 hours). There is no parking right in front of Crazy Carrot. The Market Parkade is a paid parking garage nearby.
Wheelchair: It is wheelchair accessible. It has a wheelchair button and a wheelchair accessible washroom. The store has a side walk in front of it with no step, so it is easily accessed. There is no parking in front of the store.
Vegetarian options: You can use tofu instead of meat, or you can have neither. You can order the bowl exactly as you wish. This business is incredibly flexible.
