My first interaction with Gino's Automotive was so positive that I wanted to share my experience with others.When I first spoke to Jason at Gino's I explained to him that I just had my car at a different service center and spent $700 only for them to not be able to diagnose the problem after 10 days and leave me with a car that was still stalling out in traffic.I was at the point of considering getting a new car.I brought my car into Gino's and Jason kept me appraised to the situation as they went the extra mile to diagnose and resolve the problem I was having in three days for an extremely reasonable price.I was impressed by the way Jason really seemed committed to resolving the issue, and I liked getting the full report about the work they had done in my car texted to me when they were done.Overall I cannot recommend Gino's enough and I will use them again in the future.

Had a fantastic experience here. Felt I was getting honest advice/opinions on how to approach repairing my vehicle from a cost perspective. Really friendly and respectful staff. Gino’s was recommended to me by our family mechanic in Waterloo and they did not disappoint. I woke up to find I had a flat tire from a screw or something. I called with little hope as it’s the middle of winter tire season and they were incredibly busy. Much to my surprise they were able to patch it and I had my car back by early afternoon. I could not be more grateful for their professionalism and willingness to help stranded new clients!!Service: Tires
