So, I came in last year and tried on soooo many pairs of shoes having difficulty because of my plantar fasciitis. Tali and Yamila were super patient with me (separate occasions) They were both knowledgeable and extremely helpful deciding on what type of shoe I needed. Thank you so much for your help. Rebekah was a great consultant. She immediately approached me and asked what kind of footwear I was looking for and made recommendations based on the work I am doing. She measured both my feet for an accurate size and suggested the sizing that would fit most comfortably. She also placed an insole for me to try when I mentioned having fatigue after wearing boots for a while. Thank you Rebekah for such great service tailored to my needs. Your kindness and professionalism was noticed!! Keep up the great work :)

Good service, knowledgeable staff. Fitted me for some work boots, made some good suggestions to narrow down selection. If you need safety boots, this is the place to go. Also most employers have a program to subsidise majority of the cost.

After being assured when purchasing a $300 pair of timberlands that they would last longer than the 6 months that my Walmart brand boots usually do (the heel area of my left foot usually ends up being the main wear spot, and I let the salesperson know this before the purchase) and if I had any problems they were covered for a year, and all I would have to do is bring them back, I decided to go ahead and try them. 3 months later and my new boots are destroyed in the same spot as my boots usually are, so I return to the store. I am then told that because it’s mainly the insole that is damaged that it will not be covered and there’s nothing they can do about it. Very disappointed that not only did the boots last less time than the boots I normally buy for a fraction of the price, but also that the staff were not willing to help out at all when I returned after being assured the boots would be replaced if I had any issues. Will not be shopping here in the future. :(

Selection for boots & Safety shoes are not bad, but they don't carry many sizes, took 5 picks to get a size 10 in men's. Only one staff member at times, so you have to wait again for service.Shop is clean parking is goodLocation ok, but very busy road if you need to go East

Know what you are looking for!
Store was well laid out and looked to be fully stocked. Staff were pleasant but in my case lacking knowledge.
I was needing to replace a pair of Blundstone workboots that served me well. I had already done the research and chose this location because they appeared to have the product I was looking for.
They indeed had the product and size. Hoping for more information i asked a few leading questions and to my dismay the answers were not forthcoming. “ ummm, these boots are all the same”( re Chelsea style workboots)
Fortunately I knew different and made a choice I am very happy with.
