I've been a working at metro for years and never in my life have a received service like I did today. As we know stealing is on the rise it is crucial that all employees are vigilant of what is going on around them, however that does not give employees the right to make you feel like you are being watch and targeted as a thief. I was at the self checkout and it was giving me difficulty. The worker comes over to help me and notices that something in my basket was not scanned, so they then scanned it, a normal mistake you'd think. But No! They then proceed to instruct the employees on duty at the self checkout to come stand by me and proceed to look through my bill of groceries before I could even pay for them, I had to continuously ask the employee what was wrong with my total and he refused to answer me... I then proceeded to pay.. All I'm saying is that I know employees are doing there jobs but there is still etiquette that needs to be followed, the world is filled with crazy people and accusing someone of something that is very serious as stealing can have consequences on either employees or customers.

I have been shopping at Metro for many years and like the store and their products. As of late I have noticed how unfriendly some of the cashiers have been and one lady at the deli counter. They have a scowl on their face...they look miserable.I feel uncomfortable and it is very unpleasant to be around such people. My roommate has encountered the same problem. It is a shame that few miserable people bring down the rating of the store. Perhaps they are affected by the magnetic poles.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 15 years. They are amazing! Thr pharmacist is always so helpful and goes above and beyond. The team is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this team!

I have always had good service from this pharmacy but I was very disturbed yesterday by the pharmacist wearing his mask under his nose. Pharmacists are medical professionals and should know better. He was wearing his mask under his nose in the morning when I dropped off my prescription and in the evening when I picked it up. So presumably while he was counting out my pills as well. We are 10 months into COVID. I would expect better

The staff, and pharmacist are quite kind and helpful in nature..With regards to Covid vaccination or any other inquiries, our doubts are resolved altogether..Would recommend this pharmacy..5/5
