I have been ordering from little navy for a few years some pjs and a blanket and memory box stickers as I like to support small local business. All items take at least 3 weeks to ship. I just put in my last order for memory box stickers for my son and unknowingly they come with a sheet less of stickers even though on the website it says “ This comprehensive kit includes all the labels you need” and the personalized sticker is substantially smaller than my daughters I got a couple of years ago. Disappointed as the photo on the website depicts the old personalized photo on the bin like my daughter has not the small one. I went back to see if I chose the wrong option but appears you just get less now and all these items are high end pricing with $$ shipping without being a high end product. I sent a message to her and the response was basically “Yes they are smaller. Sorry.”

I absolutely hate writing bad reviews but I'm truly so disappointed!
A few years ago I ordered a blanket for my daughter and I was obsessed with it!! So beautiful and well made! I had a lot of comments on it and everyone always asked where we got it from. I always kept little navy in the back of my mind as my daughter got older because I knew I wanted more personalized pieces.
For Mother's Day I saw they had personalized sweaters. I fell in love and needed one for myself. When I ordered it I included my daughter's first and middle name. When it arrived it had & in the middle as if it was two names. Customer service had followed up with me prior to making the sweater to verify both names and the image I chose, but I didn't think to specify these were two seperate names but one child. I spoke to customer service regarding this and we both agreed it was a misunderstanding on both ends and they would replace the shirt. I was happy with this. I knew i wasn't going to get it in time for Mother's Day but that was ok. However, I didn't receive it for weeks! Maybe even a month later! That was a huge disappointment seeing as it was not a new order but a replacement. Fine, I moved on decided not to hold it against them I loved the sweater.
Fast forward to now. I ordered two personalized towels for my daughter. They are absolutely awful! The material is kind of weird but the worst part is there are tons of loose strings all around the perimeter of the blanket! It looks so messy and definitely not worth the money I paid. The print it also very tiny compared to what is pictured on the website.
I'm really sad because I initially really loved this company but I can't keep spending money on disappointments. I'm huge on supporting Canadian but unfortunately I don't think I can support this one anymore.

Products are very good quality however be prepared to wait well passed the 3 weeks turnaround time they give.

I ordered four pairs of personalized pajamas as gifts for Christmas. I ordered before the cut off date to ensure delivery for Christmas. I received no update from the company until I reached out on December 19, and then they ignored my messages until after Christmas. Despite my attempts to cancel the order when it became clear it wasn't coming, they went ahead with the order. The order *still* hasn't arrived and their response? A 20% refund. The pajamas can't be gifted next year because they are personalized and the children will have grown a size. Terrible customer service.

**I wanted to edit my original review. Customer service was amazing and called me this morning. Both of my items were available for pickup today (I actually missed one of the pickup emails in my junk folder) and they are as beautiful as they always are. Really appreciated the phone call!
They have wonderful products but the delivery times are very frustrating. I ordered 2 separate items at the beginning of November so that I would have them in time for Christmas. Only one of those items is ready and I went to pickup at the Guelph pickup location and it is closed until further notice. There is never much solution from customer service. As beautiful as their items are, I wouldn’t order again simply because wait times seem to be double what they say they will be. It was supposed to be 3 weeks plus shipping and it’s been well over 5 weeks for both. Who knows when the pickup location will be open again. These are two items I won’t have for Christmas now!

I have been a loyal for a couple years but constantly let down with the custom service as well as the time of production.
Messaging the shop on instagram grants one word replies with not much help or guidance.
Orders constantly past the expected date, we understand a holiday rush but what’s the point of holiday cut off if we still end up having the shipment arrive late.

We have ordered PJ’s for my two girlies now 3 times. Best items ever! Softest apparel we have ever felt. The girls love them to pieces. So many fun designs to choose from. No comparable in market. Will be ordering more fore sure.

I never leave bad reviews as I always reach out to the owner directy... I usually believe there is a fix. However after trying to get in contact via phone, chat on the website, and submitting an email I'm left not only disappointed in the customized backpack I ordered under a year ago that has broke as well as the customer service. Very cute product however not high quality and the company clearly does not care about its customers.

I have purchased a couple blankets for friends' new arrivals and they always love it. The blankets are great quality and a great keepsake. Little Navy has great customer service and the team is very responsive to your questions. Would not hesitate to purchase from them.

The slowest company to fulfill orders. I ordered labels for my daughter daycare and pjs for my son for his birthday. I placed the order July 14, 2022. Daycare started august 8, birthday is august 31. I assumed this would be more than sufficient time to get here in time. As of July 27 I hadn’t heard anything so I contacted them to which they responded the order would be complete by Aug 4 and ship out after that. Today, aug 11 I received notification my order finally shipped. It is supposed to arrive August 22 according to Canada Post. 5 weeks from time of order to arrive is way too long! Daycare has started so daughters things are labeled with her brothers Mabel’s labels which arrived 8 days after I ordered them.Labels I’ve received from them previously are good quality but order fulfillment timeline is a huge issue for them.

In love with their personalized baby snuggle blankets. I received one as a gift when my baby boy was born. It’s the most thoughtful gift, now it’s my go to gift for newborns it’s a bit pricey but everyone loves this amazing keepsake gift. Wherever I go with my baby every one asks us about the blanket, the quality is also very good it’s very very soft and is still as new after so many washes. I love how they have hundreds of print options to choose from for your little one. Highly recommend.

Little Navy's personalized products are my go to for baby gifts and I have ordered many items from this company. The quality of everything is amazing. It is a bit pricey but worth it. My daughter's both love their blankets most. Also, we always receive amazing customer service.

I have ordered numerous pieces from Little Navy. I’m sure Jen sees my name pop up all the time for orders :). The quality is excellent and product is unique. She is always coming up with new products and designs to keep things fresh. One of my favourite parts of Little Navy is when you visit the shop and you see the machines and the staff right there in house. My family is always looking for products made locally and for liveable wages. I cannot recommend little navy enough!!
