My friend and I came here and had the best experience ever. The worker (unfortunately forget her name) helped so much she was the best, helped with sizing and helped us decide what we wanted and was very friendly and encouraging! Best experience I’ve ever had at a store she rocks

Amy helped me out with sizing, finding exactly what I wanted, and pointed out the sales that were on going! I went in looking to buy one item and ended up leaving with four!! She was so beyond helpful and bubbly!! I genuinely was having a blast shopping! Never met such a people person in my life!! Give this girl a raise !!

I had to return my bra, the customer service rep was awesome. She did it effortlessly, no issues. I needed a beige one but they only had black in my size. I took the black & will be back to get a beige one when it comes in. This was the store in Bramalea City Centre. Thank you for making my return easy, appreciate it.

Absolutely horrible. Came in and theres 4 sales reps all standing in a circle didnt say hello, didnt offer any help or even a measurement. They just ignored every customer and continued with their conversations.

Went to get a new bra, but didn't know what size I needed after having lost some baby weight. Katie (I think that was her name) was super helpful and had such a bubbly personality! She recommended and brought me 2 bras that she thought would work best, and checked to make sure they fit right. I felt so comfortable around her and no judgements at all. I would 100% recommended her and this location.

My mom and I went shopping two days after Boxing Day, and popped into the store. The Sales Lady, Kelsey, was amazing! She supported out shopping experience, without being pushy, and we above and beyond to make sure we found everything we needed. Phenomenal experience!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. With myself being a male, they were very understanding and non judgemental that I was purchasing lingerie for myself. I would highly recommend this store.

Good selection of bras and panties.. Being the first customer in the store i was a little surprised to see the panties stored under the display cases in such a state of chaos it made searching for size and style pretty hard to do

I had never been fitted for bras before (it was always a guess). I decided today was the day that I wanted to get fitted and to buy some new bras now that it's fall. When I walked in, I was immediately helped by Dana. She was so kind and helpful. She took my measurements and recommended the size that would fit best. She was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process and made the whole experience great. In the end I ended up with 3 bras that fit properly and a better attitude about bra shopping. ?
