I had a terrible experience with this long-standing company. I had taken in a chair pad to have a button sewn on. When i picked it up, the button was not in alignment with the other buttons. I asked that it be re-done. When I picked it up the 2nd time, the button was in the right place, but the fabric was slightly torn. I also took in a pair of pants with some kind of food stain on each leg. When I picked them up, it looked like nothing had been done! I asked that they try again. This time it was slightly better, but certainly not removed ... they said they could do nothing more. I then took the same pants to Suffolk Cleaners ... they removed the stain! Suffolk Cleaners is my new place to go! I will NOT be going back to King Cleaners again!

Got stuck in a bit of a situation with a suit, needed dry cleaned and some alterations.
