The stores ok. It's a little overcrowded in some areas but not too bad. Stock is usually pretty good. However, some of the staff members are downright rude and condescending. While they have some 5 star amazing cashiers, there are some who I would walk out of the store empty-handed before going through their cash ever again.

I can share a phone call I just made.
I tried calling customer service to ask about stock on a ‘while supplies last’ item.
Customer service no longer exists, but someone who sounded like they just woke up answered the phone.
‘We don’t do that anymore’ they said.
I guess all they do anymore is take your cash.
Well not mine.
My last few visits to Zehrs and No Frills were anything but satisfying. I will use up my remaining points and walk away for good.

Recently my family and I went to this location (Thursday Sept 26), and we were blown away by the changes management has taken with the cold cut meats and cheese being placed in door closed fridges. Also the rearranging of the store makes so much sense now, the appliance and cutlery aisle we were able to find affordable immersion blenders for soups. The floors were very clean, lots of evening staff restock shelves. Thank you!

Store staff were receptive to constructive criticism re inclusion barriers at the self check out area.
Unfortunately the payment machines are mounted at about a height of 5 feet, and staff are not trained on how to remove the machines from the mount for those unable to reach that high, and the wires to the machine are very short so do not provide much additional improvement in inclusiveness.
When it was suggested to mount the payment machines at a much lower height, this was accepted for consideration. Seems an oversight to not do this from the start, perhaps based on the privilege of not needing it and not asking for community feedback on plans re how they will set things up.
Maybe include such a consultative approach / step when making additional changes to the store environment in the future, since you now know you have dropped the ball in the past in this regard and need something to ensure inclusion is art of how you do business.

Not recommend they now have secret shoppers who follow you everywhere and they show the true side there suppose to be secret shoppers not put out ur self secret shoppers 0/0 they hurt me I did even steal at the false cause people of stealing products after I showed a recipt that say other wise don't recommend
