We had an excellent experience with Blackhaven Homes for a complete two story home renovation. The renovation came in on budget, time lines were met with excellent quality. Many trades worked evenings and weekends to ensure the agreed up schedule was met. Change orders were discussed and agreed upon. When issues arose there was true intent to be reasonable and find solutions. Can't say enough about the company, we had an excellent experience and house looks great.Services: Home building

We struggled for 5 years to find a builder that would build us our new home. We had a very tight budget and that was our main concern making it difficult to find anyone to work with . TJ of Blackhaven Homes stepped up to the challenge. He worked with us to design and build our new home. He worked with all the contractors, let us stay involved and handled any issues quickly and professionally. His attitude was so different from the other builders we had and we were able to communicate with TJ easily. Thank-you TJ and Blackhaven homes for constructing us a quality build and a wonderful place we call home.
