I visited this store and purchased a top, and while the cashier was billing, she asked for my email and started entering it into her device without explaining what she was doing. I realized she was registering me as a member without my consent, which was a terrible experience. If you’re in a good mood, I’d suggest avoiding that place so it doesn’t ruin your day.

I had a bad experience today . I had a discount coupon so , I told her to give me some discount . It was about 5 o’clock.
There was one employee who charged me twice for the same product and didn’t apply my coupon discount .She told me that she forget it and sorry about that . We didn’t say anything and then when we leave that billing area we found that we charged twice for the same time .Then we went back to her and told her that she charged twice then she told that she didn’t know how it happened . There was never an incident when store charged twice for the same item .The finally she agreed that she charged twice for the same product .After that ,she found that she totally forgot to remove the tag from the item so , she removed . It seems totally unprofessional the things she did .she forgot everything and didn't take the pressure . I hope this thing taken seriously .

Had same associate twice now. Very unfriendly, makes open comments to other coworkers about how annoyed they are (when there is a line up). Walks away when customers are asked to put in email/ phone even though there is a line up. Latest transaction consisted of them ringing price in incorrectly, I realized after I paid. Came back in long line, she didn’t process transaction on my credit card even though I asked her if anything was required on the card. Walked away to put away more stuff (line up was long) . I did get annoyed bc she said now she needed my card even though i was waiting for a while. Better training required or perhaps a change in job bc they are clearly unhappy and it reflects in their customer service

I received a white hoodie as a xmas gift from my son in law,he payed cash and didn't keep the receipt,anyway I went to exchange for a size smaller and they wouldn't let me,I didn't want money back just wanted to trade it for smaller size that's all , I explained that it was bought from this store but they didn't care , we buy from this store from time to time but no longer will be returning.

Lots of products available at this location compared to the other malls in the area.Clean store and spacious!

not that he served me personally, but one of the managers at the stone road mall H&M turned my positive experience into a VERY negative one! Not only was he disrespectful to all of the customers he encountered, but he went above and beyond to be extremely rude to his own staff, and treated them as though they were stupid. These poor girls were just trying their best and clearly were new staff, and he was continuously making them look stupid in front of customers. Speaking from management experience, there are many better ways to speak to both staff AND customers. If I ever See him again, I will Make sure to leave the store and NOT buy from him personally. Horrible human at best. Overall though, I love My sweater and the staff (other than him) were extremely pleasant and helpful.

We always seem to find something we like at H&M!It's definitely fast fashion; the price is more in line with the quality than at most stores, though. As a seamstress, I can't even get fabric for these prices. Often, I will buy something on mark-down and then use it to make something else.I have only two beefs. One is the way these stores are organized. Please...just put all the items together. If you have shorts in five different colours, PUT THEM TOGETHER. No one can find anything, not even your employees.My second complaint is that the adult cotton clothing isn't pre-shrunk. Purchase accordingly!
