This gym is always kept clean and organized and it seems like members just care more about their surroundings here ie. cleaning up after themselves, re-racking their weights etc.
The gym itself is large, bright, open and airy.
Hands down, my favourite GoodLife location.”
“I just joined a month ago and this has been one of the best fitness experiences I have ever had. First off the front desk people are amazing so welcoming and friendly and then the atmosphere in the workout area is great - every age, body shape, fitness ability I have seen now and the workouts and instructors are fantastic. I feel like I am getting my own personal trainer each session as the instructors are watching and providing feedback which is super supportive and encouraging. Highly recommend. It is a worthwhile investment if you can do it.”

“A great gym to work out! Very clean, bright, reasonable price (much better than those chains) and has all the equipment and weights that I need for my routine. I find any issues with equipment are fixed right away and the staff are wonderful as well as the owners....very helpful and friendly. They also have personal trainers available for an additional cost. I have been working with Greg and he has been awesome! I highly recommend him as well as this gym!”

6-346 Edinburgh Rd N, Guelph“Cassidy was super helpful, kind and positive while signing me up :) Gym intimidation is a real thing, but she made me feel comfortable and excited to get things going!Given the gym is set up with multiple rooms (3 areas, each with their own purpose & equipment) it helps to dispurse people and ensures they're not all packed into 1 area, even during peak hours (5pm).Very affordable gym and great option especially for those looking to get their fitness journey started! Lots of parking and good size + amenities!”

“Absolutely love the classes and instructors here! I started because I was having mobility issues and chronic hip pain - have been doing classes two to three times a week for nine months and I have been staying pain free. My mobility and flexibility has improved and my added core strength has been a bonus! Hoping to continue to try to strengthen my posture as well. Everyone is also super lovely.”
