Staff were so kind and caring... I had an IVDD french bulldog that needed to be put down after hours :( when i called the staff were nore than happy to allow us to come into their quiet room with our while famiky and other dog, and enjoy our last few ours peacefully with our baby even though it was after hours and the holiday weekend. They again were so caring and supportive to us during the experience.
Thank you for allowing us to have the time to enjoy our last few memories with him, and to bring him peace as he was happy and pain free in his last hours ❤️

Had to have my bunny put down here. It was the hardest thing I've ever had to do but they made the process as comfortable as possible for my bunny as well as my partner and I. They did not push or anything. The vet was extremely kind but also upfront and professional. A far drive but 100% worth it.

I’ve had the fortunate (or unfortunate depending on how you look at it, given the second time was after a freak accident) experience of being referred to Dr. Haws twice now for dental surgery for dogs in my care. The first time was for a client’s labradoodle puppy in 2020 when we weren’t allowed to go into the clinic, and they were great at keeping my client and myself on the same page throughout the puppy’s assessment and subsequent treatment. They did a very thorough job explaining options over phone & email and gave him the best possible care. The second time was for my border collie who can be nervous with strangers handling her. Dr Haws and his team were amazing with her and kept me posted on her progress throughout her surgery. The photo updates were a lovely added touch too. Thank you Dr Haws & staff and hopefully we won’t be back anytime too soon :)

Call themselves vets, I thought they were supposed to try anything in their power to save an animals life, not charge over 200 bucks to perform cpr on a bunny, only then to let him die. My Daughters bunny was less than 4 years old and deserved better. On top of that, she was charged another 1500 bucks for the pleasure of letting him die. DO NOT take your small animals here, they are just in it to extort as much money as they can from people with no compassion for the animal they are treating

We had a really great experience with Dr. Haws and the staff at the Dental Clinic. They were very attentive to all of our questions and gave us superb after care!

Didn't answer my calls after I've used this vet for the last 2 years. Called like 10 times in total. Different times and different dates and they never answered or called back

My dog had surgery done to his ear. Total ear canal ablation and bulla osteotomy. Excellent work from Dr. Bichot and his team.

My bunny was close to death from fly strike on a holiday. This vet was opened thankfully, and took us at midnight to treat her before her condition got any worse. She is now healthy and alive because of them. They were friendly, thorough and prices were beyond reasonable for a vet. I would give them 10 stars if I could and wish there were more clinics for animals similar to them. Thank-you❤❤❤

I had to bring my dog here for dental work. Never a place you want to have to go, but if you have to GVSH is the best around. They made me feel comfortable and safe leaving my dog there for the day. They answered all questions I had and made sure I felt safe and secure leaving my loved one there. Scheduled follow ups and made sure everything was good with my dog. Highly recommend for those tough times where you need to bring your fur babies somewhere.

Dermatology: They will take your money and run. I brought my girl in as she lost all of her fur in one summer and we needed answers! I didn't have insurance, but I wanted my baby to feel comfortable. We were referred here. We had Dr. Pye at first she was amazing, but she unfortunately left the clinic in the middle of diagnosing our dog. After allergy tests, multiple appointments they just threw her on Atopica.. Nearly $400 dollars a month for this medication for a little over a year without any significant results. They didn't try anything else.. I was in school and we are paying for it now... Thank goodness my new vet is unbelievably knowledgable. She is now on antibiotics and melatonin for about 5 months now and has had the best results... Go figure.
