“A good grocery store. They have good prices, and the cheese seems to always be on sale when I go! The staff is friendly and always willing to help me find an item when I ask. The store does seem to have a few items missing and I wish they had a wider selection of mushrooms and dried noodles. Though I imagine this is a function of the smaller footprint the store is working with. Overall, a good grocery store and I find myself coming here often.”

“Such an interesting convenience store! Never have I seen a store in Guelph that sells drinks that you normally never find in convenience stores (gfuel, different Mountain Dew flavours (my favourite), ghost energy, ryse, etc.). Service is alright, on par with a typical convenience store... You get in, pay, and get out. Lots of variety and flavours of snacks, and it's a relatively quiet place. It's open late which is wonderful.Brother loved this place too, prices aren't terrible, but of course some drinks like ghost are priced higher (5$) so be careful and check your prices. Other than that I think it's in a easy-to-access area and fairly priced. One of the best convenience stores in terms of stock in Guelph.”

When my family and I moved to Guelph over a year ago, we had a hard time finding quality meats and eggs that were sourced ethically with no added antibiotics or growth hormones. Not only did we find this at Rowe’s, they also have a fantastic reward program with huge savings every week that has saved us so much money for such quality ingredients. The chicken specifically has such good quality it doesn’t taste like the typical chicken you’d buy in Canada, there’s no weird white goo when you cook it and it has real colour and texture in contrast to the monochromatic chalky paste you could get at any other grocery store. Additionally, our health has improved over the past year since we started paying closer attention to where we source our foods. As animal lovers and former vegans, we only wanted to buy meat and meat products if we could find a supplier that truly cares about the animals they serve and the quality of their lives. So thank you Rowe’s for being a business that truly cares about your clients health and well-being!!”
