“Purchased a mattress and platform for a spare room about 6 months ago. An issue developed with the platform so I went to the store to see what could be done about it. Was told to call customer service since the stores don't deal with warranty issues so I'm thinking " oh great. Here we go with the runaround". However I called the number, got an answer right away, was told to send details by email and I had approval for the return by the end of the day. I used the credit towards an upgraded bed which I likely should have bought in the first place and it was delivered and set up 2 days later.
The company stood behind their product and made the entire process easy. I was pleasantly surprised and couldn't ask for better service.”
