“I'm very happy with Sleep Country and their Guelph (Stone Road) store. From the moment I walked into the store, until the point where the mattress was delivered and setup, I have been happy. They are very easy to deal with and I didn't feel pressured by the sales guy at all. He was friendly, helpful and no pressure. I picked a Dormeo mattress and box-spring. I'm very happy with my purchase. I paid a few extra dollars ($30-35) for their "White Glove Service" and to me, it was worth it. They brought the new mattress right into the house and up to the bedroom. They unpackaged it all in the house which kept the mattress fresh and clean (it's snowing and muddy out right now/January 2024). Their delivery guys were great and took their boots off at the door without me asking (were a 'no shoes" house). I just really appreciated the way I was treated all the way through and I couldn't have asked for anything more.”
