Fine gym, you get what you pay for, frustrated today after I had to go back to my car because I forgot my phone only to find out I was unable to sign back into to the gym. Thankfully my friend was still in the gym or I would have been forced to abandon my personal belongings in the change room, I understand the need to keep people from using one membership to sign in multiple people but there should really be a sign warning people not to leave after signing in especially during unstaffed hours or else they will essentially be stranded.

Worst service ever i experience, i have a membership but my brother doesnt have. We asked front desk if he can get a free trial after that he can think to get a membership, but one of their staff said we dont have any free trials you can do workout on 29th feb instead which is free day workout. They didnt allow me to workout or not even to use treadmills for half an hour because i am already in club. I was sitting in the waiting area until my brother finish his workout.When i was sitting there they were starring at me but didnt show any sympathy, and no humanity towards their client.I didnt had experience like this before.

This is a very good gym. It is not over crowded at the right time. I would suggest the Black Membership.

I've had a terrible experience with the staff member Christina! Yesterday, I was waiting for 30 mins to get a staff member to turn on the message chair for 10 mins after my workout, and no one was there! And today again, no one was there. I was there from 10:45am to 12:30pm. I set the timer to 10 mins and punched in my card. When I went to use the message chair, the staff member Christina came out after yelling at me loudly, in a very unprofessional demeaning manner, asking me to leave the gym. I was asking her what the issue was and why she was talking to me that way. She said you, she can't use the message chair after hours! And I was there at there at 10:45am. She then attempted to say I was calling my manager. I said, "Please do so, I'd like to speak to them. I then asked what her managers name was, and she didn't want to give their name out. There is no sign there that says you can't you tge message chair. If this was the case, I would not have used it.I will be filling for a law suit, if this gym does not take it appropriate to train their staff or find another employee to replace Christina.I will be speaking with the manager and finding out what action they will take.I wish I had something positive to say, I had a terrible experience, and everyone should know.

Great friendly staff, clean, still lots of available equipment... but great overall. The staff here are very knowledgeable and the most wonderful humans!!! Try it! Do it, do it! What are you waiting for lol

I can confirm that the water filters are not expired. Water is safe to drink. Only busy if you come after 4:30 and it is also January. Keep that in mind ! Gym is clean and the staff are amazing.
