Arrived unannounced at Dettmer's with a flat. 4:00 pm on a Friday. We're from out of town and were in Guelph finding a rental for our UofG son. We were in a real jam and needed to get home to Toronto. The guys are Dettmer's could not have been more kind. They fixed the flat and we were on our way in 30 minutes. Professional, fast and thorough. One million thumbs up.

I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, friendly, professional and quality place to bring their vehicle for service, repairs, upgrades, or tires.I bring both my cars to the Eramosa location.These guys are fast, they are honest, and they really care about their quality of work and their customers.I would give them a 10*, if the rating system was higher.My dad has been going to this shop for years, and when I started to bring my car here, they treated me like family because of how well they know my dad. Mike is awesome and got me tires for my Wrangler quick. Mitch, and Brent also awesome. Lets just face it, You ALL ROCK and I appreciate you all! Thanks for all you do.

Can't even balance tires properly. After getting my car back from them with new tires the car shook violently at highway speed, so I went back. They agreed to rebalance them and said one was a bit off, but I was given a hassle by the woman at the counter. Worse than that, the tires still weren't balanced - better, but still a very uncomfortable ride at highway speed. Rather than wait another 1/2 day for them to do it wrong again, I went elsewhere - and they did it right in less time.Not going back to a tire place that can't balance tires. Having mentioned this to friends it sounds like I'm not alone in my bad experience.

We've been taking our cars to Dettmer on Cork St for years for snow tires, oil changes, brakes and more and we wouldn't go anywhere else! Kelly, Chris, Ryan and team are the best. They do the work when they say they will, they're punctual, professional, honest and very reasonable with their pricing. We'd give 10 stars if we could!
