Arezoo is an absolute God sent.
My fiancé came here to get my engagement ring. He told me he’d gone to as many as 12 different places and this was the spot. He said Arezoo made it an easy process for a stressful decision, answering all his questions with due diligence and patience, not to mention how incredibly friendly she is. We went in to get the ring sized and she was so nice, it felt like I’d known her for years or as if she was a family member!
She was so friendly, down to earth and she provided all the information we needed with-out hesitation! I wouldn’t and will never buy jewellery anywhere besides here. They know what they are talking about and treat their customers like family!! If you’re looking for an engagement ring, i couldn’t recommend Arezoo anymore, she’s fantastic!! Thanks again Arezoo for streering my future husband in the right ring path haha he couldn’t have done it without you!!

Lily hosted me for my first ever experience in buying gold chain for myself.
She was very sweet.She explained me everything thoroughly. She gave me confidence to buy my chain first time. It was great experience for me. I love it ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing staff!! I needed a watch fitting and they immediately helped me with nice conversations. They insisted on doing it for free even though another store would've cost me $20. I never leave reviews but I was so pleased with the service I had to!

They are friendly but unsupportive when it comes to their jewelry being defective. The sleeper earrings I bought became tarnished after 1 month of buying them. How in the hell does that happen??? When I went to their store in Guelph to inquire Linda the manager shared that they are gold plated (wasn't told that when I bought them) and because I had cancer at the time and doing alternative treatment (not chemo or radiation) she blamed it on the chemo and radiation eventhough I told her I wasn't doing that. I would not recommend this store as it feels they will say anything just to make you go away if there is a problem with their product.
Update: for everyones information, if they did really look into this matter, they have not followed up or contacted me at all.

Best place to get jewelry. My husband and I got our wedding rings from this location 2 years ago. I got every 6 months for my warranty, which I’ve had to use for a lost diamond which was very painless! But my husbands wedding band which is ceramic we couldn’t get an extended on due to no diamonds and what not, which is fine, it got dropped and it shattered. So one day we went in to buy him a new one since it’s been 2 years and the lady said if I had my original receipt. Which I did. Then they could send it out to manufacture and see about getting a replacement and we did! My husband got a new band for no cost. It was amazing. Great customer service. Great experience all around and didn’t just take my money. They work with their customers and as long as you do your every 6 month inspection then every goes so smoothly. Highly highly recommend this jewelry store and this location. The ladies are amazing there and make you feel so special. Thank you so much!!

My absolute favourite jewelery store! My husband picked such an amazing diamond ring for me pre covid, we got it on sale at a great price. We also bought my wedding band there, also on sale! I've had my ring 5 years and lost my first tiny side diamond this week. Manager Tanya was so helpful and friendly when I went in to send my ring away for repair. She also explained to me how to trade my ring in if/when I may want something bigger. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.
