Just had a great customer service experience here. Had purchased a toilet here and when I got home I opened to find it all cracked! The customer service desk was amazing as they helped us exchange the toilet even though we lost the receipt. They had also helped us load it in and out the car. 10/10 experience.

I’m not sure about the general stereotype about Canadian Tire that they do not know how to conduct repairs and everything, calling them unprofessional and what not because my experience with them was pretty good needless to say, i had a starter motor issue in my car, garages outside charged me a fortune for it and canadian tire was cheaper as well as they did the job immediately for me, took my car in on an emergency notice and got it repaired so kudos to that! my only regret was they had told me initially that there wouldn’t be any inspection charges, but later they charged me saying that it was only for brake related works, so that was the only disappointment.

Had a tire that needed to be repaired. The Service Department was so awesome and took me in immediately!

Make safety inspection appointment at 9am, arrived on time. And wait more than 1 hour, car still in parking lot.
Another recheck service, they said 30mins shall be done. And wait 30mins car still in parking lot, no one come.
Life is patience.
If you want to learn how to control your mood, go to Canadian tire, they will give you a wonderful lesson.

They phone message says bigger better Can Tire... But no one at the parts desk to answer the phone on a Saturday. The call bumped to the customer service desk twice.
