BUYER BEWARE! They do not offer ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER.I bought 3 winter jackets for tge family. We were happy with them until front zipper started failing. Within one year of purchase, all zippers had failed. When contacted about this obvious product defect, Canada Winter Gear answers: "Unfortunately we do not provide any warranty for our products."No warranty whatsoever, and they don't even acknowledge the basic Legal Warranty...Therefore, Small Claim Court is your only recourse when you're stuck with their defective products. Don't let them get away with it!

I was thinking the items would be great because it's a Canadian Company. Guess I should have read reviews first. I ordered $200 worth of clothes for my husband and I. When we got them we found they were the poorest quality material and colors weren't what we saw in the picture. Fits large, terrible material and cut on sweaters is weird and huge. I got items on sale and had to waste $25 to ship back otherwise drive 1.5 hours to get a store credit for stuff I do not like! Very disappointed in this policiy aswell.

This brand has the most bad customer service I have ever seen. I have returned my order few days back and keep on trying to connect with customer service and they are not responding and I don’t even know how I will get my refund back it was 200$ order and no reply from them. I must say don’t ever buy from this brand it’s very cheap in material and very bad in service.

Ok so my brother brought me this coat from Canadian weather gear and it was originally $200 and something! We got it for just under $100! After 1 wash the zipper came off, and I realized that the stitching partly came out on the one sleeve. I noticed it only has one line of stitching, meaning it’s going to be incredibly weak! I sew and knit and I know this stuff! Also there is barely any fluff inside at all, I now understand why I was so cold in this. What I’m saying tho is that this brand/place is not high quality material in any way!Do not buy, you’d be better off spending the extra 100 for something that will last 5+ years
