Old rude lady at the desk.. forget greeting.. she deliberately taped my package wrong.. asked money to tape the item ... never ever happened at any location... my return was not even free ... unprofessional

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional she was talking about to me and gave me a big issue with my package. Was not understanding of the situation. I am super disappointed in the customer service I was given and will not be returning!!!!

I’ve been to this post office several times, the customer service is immaculate. Incredibly friendly and always quick to jump on and help with mistakes or slight errors. Probably some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. 10/10 would ship again

This is the best Canada post office I ever used. Both the lady and young man very polite and experienced. Make you comfortable.

I had been to this office a couple of times, the staff were always polite and helpful. And at a later time on 29 August 2019 when I went there for postcards and stamps, the young lady and the young man were incredibly nice and helpful. Alas, I didn’t have their names, otherwise I would definitely write to Canada Post for their excellent service and extraordinary friendliness. ??

Gal on the counter has been very friendly and helpful the last few times I've been in picking up packages the driver fails to deliver even when I'm home. Apparently an issue in this area. Glad for such a nice person to deal with there.

Went to pick up a package here and the clerk was very nice. There was a bit of a wait considering there was only one couple ahead of me so maybe there were doing something that required a lot of work from the clerk. The location is very organized and I got my package no problem

Pretty good service and reasonable price: I used registered mail service several times to send files with tens of pages to another province, it cost around $11-13 and reasonable fast and trackable.
