It shows they are open at 9 Am but I have to wait until 9:30 a.m. They are still not open yet because I have to go to work which is why I am in a rush. Now I am late. I would say this store they are not taking their job seriously.

Mom dropped off an empty medication bottle and was told the refill would take a "few hours". 5 hours later the medication is not filled when we go for pickup.

I believe a pharmacy should have the highest standards of customer care and sensitivity to clients needs.It was my first time here on a non-medical visit. I needed to return a package via the Post Office and made a couple of observations.First, the Post Office does not have a printing facility for the labels. The gracious lady referred me to the pharmacy. I found that odd.The pharmacy manager was attending to someone and interrupted that engagement to inquire what I needed then invited me to have a seat. At the end of his engagement he then asked me to send my label via email which he wrote down then went to the back office. I punched in the email within a minute and clicked send.After a couple of minutes waiting, his lady colleague might have noticed I had been waiting a while and went over to fetch him. When he came he was still chewing his food-- he might have started his lunch break. He inquired if I had sent the email and went on to retrieve it and shared the printing cost. I noted the cordial engagement with the previous Senior citizen was exclusive to him. There was another lady client who had made her way to the counter. He also went over and engaged momentarily then suspended that conversation to come back and attend to me. Shouldn't one engagement be concluded before a new one is initiated?I paid, thanked him and moved to the postal counter.I borrowed a pair of scissors from the lady attendant to cut along the tear lines. As I was doing that, a senior citizen was in line. I hold the view that the attendant could have been more courteous in inviting the senior citizen to share her ID.On the score of empathy and compassion-- especially for a pharmacy-- I thought to share this review to help increase sensitivity.

Went to this pharmacy and gotta say great service!! & pharmacy will compete with any other pharmacy to make sure it was affordable. They don't overcharge prescriptions like the big chains do, its for the same medication. Why should we pay more for the same medication???? I see this place is here to help us , when every dollar counts. Thanks you for being honest ??

Prescriptions are never ready even after calling ahead to check go to the Walmart or the shoppers or the Zehrs don't waste your time here.

The post office workers and shop workers are very helpful and kind! However, the pharmacy here is quite an unorganized mess. Prescriptions are never ready on time, even if you call ahead. Would not recommend.
