My experience when dealing with the Guelph store recently was that there was a lack of communication regarding the lifts put on 2 left shoes. Although I specifically asked 2 different staff members if I could supply a picture of previous lifts put on at this location, both employees said ‘no, that the owner had previously done the work and he would know what to do’. I was surprised when picking up the sandals that the lifts were different than what had previously been put on. The employee would only say that ‘this is how lifts are done.’
As well, a lack of organization at this location was evident when I called 2 weeks after dropping the sandals and inquired about when my sandals would be ready to be picked up. I was asked two or three times over the phone about my personal information because my sandals could not be located. I was later called back and given an update.
Very disappointing ‘Service’.

Mike is the best, I had severe pain on my little fingure on my right foot, Mike handle it very professionally by making right insole for my feets, so far I am feeling perfect.
Thanks Mike and Bioped team for solving my biggest issue and bringing me back to happy walking.
Keep Walking!!!!!!!.

Brought my Dad here today for an appointment with Jennifer and she was very knowledgeable and comforting. The receptionist who helped me make the last minute appointment was also lovely. We will definitely return.

I would not give a star at all but to leave a review I had to give a one star.I had orthotics made by them but never got after service called them always got a answering machine left messages with my name and phone number never got a call back from them, this location receptionist or whoever retrieves the message must do a better job I would say if I went to a mama papa shop they would give me better service.

I am so happy to have had Amanda give me and my feet some much-needed TLC. She was so gentle I didn't even feel her removing the painful corns and fixing up my big toenail. She was pleasant, professional and caring. The ladies at the front desk also provided great customer service.

They go above and beyond to help you. Not only did Mike fix my orthotic free of charge (it was under warranty), he gave me thorough advice on a condition I've been struggling to deal with on my own. And he did it over the course of two appointments because I'm a dope who forgot to bring my orthotic the first time around. I seriously couldn't ask for better service.

Just happened to be walking past and decided to go in. The person at the counter greeted me instantly and helped me get an appointment right away. Every single staff member was extremely delightful to deal with. Super nice people and very professional. They helped guide me through all the steps and were not pushy at all. 10/10 experience. I strongly recommend BioPed to everyone!

Walked into Bioped on a whim after waiting months for an orthopedic surgeon to tell me the thickened nerve in my foot sending me screaming on the floor at random but regular intervals wasn't showing up on X-rays or ultrasounds and so they could do nothing for me... Meghan (sp?) at Bioped did a gait assessment and exam and told me: not only was the nerve not showing up on imaging good news as it could be reversed with the shoe inserts, but they could also fix my knee that likes to give out on me without warning! She had custom inserts ready almost immediately, it's been 6 months of wearing them and I haven't had a nerve pain episode since. I'm singing their praises to everyone I know!

Me and my wife got set up with some new shoes and orthotics and they took great care of us, wife got blundstones and they didn't have the size at the time but conveniently shipped them to our home! Thanks again!
