? I’d give more stars if I could. Quick, kind and very thoughtful. The car was cleaner than when I left it with them and after I mentioned I was new to Guelph, Chad left me an issue of Toque magazine on the passenger seat. More than made my day. Thanks for the tips on great biking trails.

I checked reviews before coming to Big Wheel and they are indeed true, the service is great! Work is great! And prices are more than fair! It’s obvious the owner is a car guy and treats your car the way you want it to be treated. [had front brakes done on a ‘18 C300]

Absolutely fantastic experience at Big Wheel.First time I’ve had a car without my dad around and I didn’t have a mechanic in Guelph. Couple days in of course I get something acting up, so came here on the recommendation of a friend.Could not be more satisfied. Nothing ended up being too serious with the car (thankfully), Chad explained everything clearly and sent me off with some good advice (both related and unrelated to the car haha)Will be back for routine stuff or if there’s another issue, and would highly recommend.

I found Big Wheel when I could not get a quick appointment other places, used them several times over the years. The owners are very easy to deal with, friendly and professional, really rewarding my trust with excellent, accurate service with no details overlooked. Chad always goes above and beyond, recently saving me money by servicing my rear brakes (and fixing my parking brake, something which I was quoted as a $300 fix elsewhere!) when my car was in for front brakes. I have complete trust in Big Wheel, highly recommend.I really wanted to do two reviews, the above for service, and another showing what a great business this is. I can only submit one, so I will simply add here. We found a used car for my daughter, had issues with it on her third drive and had it towed to Big Wheel. The car was unsafe. Chad was not only willing to get involved, which got the car returned and our money back, but he was genuinely upset and concerned that an unscrupulous shop had let it pass safety. This kind of care speaks volumes...Chad and Big Wheel do things properly.

I did wheel alignment at Big Wheel around five months ago. Recently, all four tires inner worn lots. I checked the alignment report, and found that they almost did nothing. Many items were still in RED after adjustment. It was not only waste money at Big Wheel, also took a risk. Attached is the alignment report.Thank you for your response. I will go to your store to discuss with you some day next week. If it's not your fault, I will remove my comment or revise it.Checked with other VW cc owners, looks like it's VW cc vehicle suspension system problem. Great quality and customer service! Have gone to this shop many times for basic maintenance all the way to big repairs and will continue to do so! I’ve gotten truck lifts installed, wheel alignments done and tire rotations/switch overs! If you’re looking for a good shop with competitive prices big wheel is your place to go!
