“We recently had a problem with our furnace which forced us to shut down the unit. Given it was winter we couldn't go long without heat. Complicating the matter was that we were due to leave town on a pre-planned trip in 36 hours.I called Murray Young Enterprises (at 10:30 am) as they were a dealer for our brand of furnace and there was time remaining on the parts warranty. I explained to Murray how we were at risk of cancelling our trip if we couldn't get the repairs completed that day. Murray told me he was at a job site but that he would drop everything to help us out. He and his assistant showed up at our house 45 minutes later, determined we needed a new motor, drove to from Guelph to Waterloo to obtain the motor and had it installed by 2:30 pm. Amazing!! Thanks to Murray our house had heat again and we were able to go on our trip the next day.We were very impressed with Murray's quick and friendly response to our urgent request for help.
