I came to write this review to give this Aldo location a ZERO. I bought my husband a pair of shoes for our wedding anniversary at another location (Scarborough Town Centre) but when I brough them home they were the wrong size. I looked online and saw that this location had his size in stock. We went to the location the next day before our anniversary dinner to do an exchange so he could wear them and the manager would not exchange them. I had my receipt, they were not worn, all I wanted to do was exchange for size. The manager would not exchange them because he said he didn’t know the promotion I got at another store and that I would have to pay a difference for the promotion in their store. I have 5+ years of retail experience and have never heard of a company not doing a straight exchange on shoes that were not worn and with a receipt. The manager is terrible and very rude. I called customer service the next day to file a complaint and was told they will escalate it to a district manager and no one has contacted to follow up. I see that in these reviews many other customers have complained about similar situations. This location’s manager really needs to be disciplined. Aldo has lost me as a customer. (I normally shop at Steve Madden and will continue be loyal to them) I will never recommend Aldo ever again.

Small location. Staffs pretty good. Hard to find big sizes. Not a huge selection

You want to carefully check the shoes you’re purchasing. Some of them are not stored well and the damage can’t be reversed. They’ll try to sell it for the same price until a sucker buys them without noticing the flaws.

My experience at this store location was disappointing. I tried to return a pair of heels purchased from another store, but they refused, claiming the shoes had been worn. I explained they were the last pair and the scratches were from customers trying them on in-store. Despite this, they insisted I contact customer service for help. In the end, I had to return to the original store, which made the whole process unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating.
