Alexis literally made my day! She was so helpful making suggestions for what I was looking for and even pulled shoes from the back she noticed me browsing at before I even asked! 10/10 - she was responsible for one of my best shopping experiences in years.

Kalyssa was nothing but awful to me. Trying to do a return equipped with an email from head office I was still questioned at every turn and asked for emails to prove what promotion was used for the purchase and given nothing but nasty attitude. I was also informed their phones just don’t work. Seemed like I inconvenienced her. Was such a terrible experience I will not be back.

I had a great experience shopping here while on the hunt for the perfect pair of summer sandals. Alexis was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Her assistance was truly helpful and appreciated. I will definitely be shopping here again!

I’ve seen the saleswomen at Stone Road get harassed and screamed at by many rude customers and they handle it very professionally. They are all very kind and will help you with anything you need, anyone giving this location a 1-star review be lying.

Too bad experience shopping from Aldo, in Guelph stone road mall , the sales associates have zero respect for consumers who really can't speak fluent English and it seems like racism, so rude ?

Unfair. Very rude salesperson. As long you are paying $ without asking questions, you are good. Ask logical questions, they will throw attitude. If you are buying a shoe polish, double check prices.

I wont even put one star. Very rude . The store assistant manager is rude. They lied about black Friday sales price matching and return. Unfortunately i wont come back here again.

The service is terrible. The quality is awful. I wish there's choice of 0 star. I bought a pair of shoes last Sat. I wore only a day and walked only about 6000 steps. However, my feet got very painful. Then I just noticed that the heel and bottom of the shoes are very hard. They made my feet very uncomfortable. I went back to the store in the mall and tried to return them. The cashier said I wore a day outside, so I can't return them. It's so ridiculous! I am not coming back any more. Don't go!

If i could give 0 star i would totally , terrible customer service , they lied to my face and told me my order got cancelled and my order that i placed in their store doesn't exist!!but when i contacted customer service they said tthe sale associate made a huge mistake on my order which caused the issue , if you wanna shop at aldo avoid this location at all costs , it's just terrible

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at the store today. The sales agent was RACIST and UNETHICAL. She denies for the bag to be returned since the tag was physically there and wasn’t attached to the bag and declares it’s final sale while there were bags in the stores which did not have any tags attached. Never have I had these experience . The lady did not even apologize for her behaviour.
