I’ve had my VW Alltrack serviced at Access Auto twice and I’ve been happy with each experience. The pricing is reasonable and the customer service is great. I’ll definitely be returning for future car services.

Best shop around by far period. Ron & Alex are both trustworthy, and I wouldn’t bring my cars to anyone else. They go above and beyond, and don’t try to rip people off. I have been to other shops around Guelph in the past, and have had a lot of bad experiences. They will forever get my business.

Took my Fiesta ST to Access Auto due to brakes locking and am very happy with my decision. Alex, Ron and team worked methodically through the issues to get my vehicle safe for the road.They are fantastic with communication throughout the process and their pricing is accurate and fair. I felt they were very knowledgable and explained the issues well. I am so happy I found this shop. We will definitely return and I certainly would recommend.

Yes! Very honest mechanics, few months ago they certified a car with engine light on which I believe was own by one of their friend and it was promised to be fixed and when I approached everything was scripted it could be this it could be that and it could be more when we open the car up and ultimately they scared me, I felt like they were waiting for me even someone said let me text the owner (the report they provided earlier mentioned only 2 minor problems). I took the car home anyways and tried fixing it with my known mechanics, my mechanic charged me $2500 for multiple things that car engine needed to be fixed and a month later car completely stopped working (warning lights hold light and computer burned out) and I got hundreds for scrap few days ago after spending thousands.
