I purchased some fish for the kids. The heater that I purchased was a little loud and they exchanged it for a new one without any fuss. Great customer service. They also helped the kids pick out the cheap feeder gold fish. It was a small thing but made them feel great. Thanks. Highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. This store offers good basics for several types of animals.
Low rating is due to outdated and poor advice overheard regarding live animals. No, a pleco and betta shouldn't live in a small bowl together. No birds can't live in a travel sized cage. Sure this advice might sell some stuff, but it doesn't help people be successful and isn't doing the animals any good. I would like to see this store advocate for reputable research before buying live animals.
