Beautiful store .You can find almost all things . Eather (associate) is so helpful .Before closing of the store he found my special baking needs item . Even is was ready to look at inventory stoke and everything . small buying thing but he was very delicately helping me to find the stuff .

Rotten meats and rotten produce. The store was dirty and absolutely raided. This place makes me want to vomit. I won’t be returning.

Paid $1 for grocery picking did the substitution...they said they had NO cucumbers and picked me discoloured salami. They wanted to charge me for another one when I would have to go back from Beamsville to pick a new one! Disgusting.

I shop at the real Canadian superstore often. My only issue is there’s no way to apply gift cards for grocery delivery.
I would shop here more if that was an option.

Used to be good. Now the service is slow because they never have enough people working and they don’t even 25 cent water bottles anymore. Greed here is real.

DO NOT use self-checkout! It wasn't just our scanner that was temperamental. Some items wouldn't scan without a reset by the attendant and this happened with most items. Attendant was very aware of the issue for everyone. She was extremely helpful and quick to respond to requests by shoppers.

Update 2024: store has lost its lustre. It’s more like a Walmarts now. Selection has really gone down in this store. Might as well rename it food basics.

We have family gathering and we bought three watermelons from super store and all of them were bad and I through them out in garbage , what a waste of money and I’m sure quality control at superstore knew about it and still selling the rottin watermelons . You are scamming people and their hard work earned money . Never going back there again .

Love shopping here staff are helpful well some are. But the meat here is atrocious always rotten looking with 30 percent off stickers on them. Now you can’t price match at self checkout because people were getting mad because of wait times. Well I’m sorry then open more registers then always long lines because everyone’s carts are full to the top or at least have a register open that’s just 15 items and less.

I have mobility issues and use a cane. When at the store I will use the motorized carts to avoid excess strain and injury. This store keeps the keys in a cabinet where you have to walk well in to the store to get them. Then on top of that you have to get the attention of one of the 12 year olds working to get the key which can take several minutes. Then after shopping you have to hobble back to take the key back. What is the point in having accessibility devices if they are not actually accessible? Nice store but 0 stars for being accessible to those who aren’t fully mobile.

Absolutely terrible customer service & incorrect pricing on items. No one was able to correct the price & blamed it on “customers putting items in the wrong place” even though the entire shelf was stocked with the item under the price. They kept directing me to different workers and no one was able to provide me with a refund to pay for the advertised price of the item.

The owners are sick sick people taking advantage of the fact people need food to stay alive. They raise prices depending on how greedy they feel on a day to day basis.
For example the cold cuts used to be 600gs for 6$. Now they changed it to 175gs and made it $3.50. Now, If you want the same 600 gs itll cost you $10.50. I highly doubt the cost to manufacture has doubled. They just take advantage because we keep coming back.

Soon they will have armed guards at the entrance and exit. This store is a dystopian grocer. They increase prices left and right with no regard, strictly to line the owners pockets. Why would chips go from 1.00 per bag to 1.50 per bag? does the cost of production increase by 50%?
furthermore, they installed plexiglas barriers to prevent the impending organised theft that their steadily increasing prices is sure to cause. They know the general population is at their mercy for food prices, so instead of keeping prices as low as possible for the greater-good, they installed preventative measures in the form of 8 foot tall barriers and security personnel LOL.
Picture this: it's 2029, a customer/peasant is leaving the store and stops to check their receipt. The armed guard pushes the person on the back and says "keep it moving"
I will never step foot back in this corrupt organisation and I suggest everyone boycott immediately - I hear soon they will be checking receipts at the door. There are way better options a short drive away.
