The lady who served me was so helpful and kind.She was helping a mum with a toddler the mum was having a problem with her new card.The man who works there came out and the lady asked for his help.He was condescending and rude to her infront of the customers.There was no need to be rude to the staff when the lady was doing her best to help the mum with the toddler.I felt embarrassed for the shop assistant who was amazingI will think twice before going back to that store again.

I always have a great experience shopping at the Grimsby Ontario store 115. The staff is always very polite knowledgeable and helpful. The other day Sherri was extremely helpful and efficient. I couldn’t believe how kind she was to an elderly couple before me as well. They said they were regulars at the store. They were having difficulty remembering the prices and asking a lot of questions. Sherri was extremely patient with them them and she also suggested food that they might like. They ended up being very happy and buying a lot. It made my shopping experience very nice seeing how she treated them and myself. I will continue to shop more st this store.

I am always so pleased with my experience when I go into this store! I have dealt with 3-4 different associates and each one was super friendly and helpful. I like that they ask if I need help but don’t keep bothering me while I browse. They have also gone out of their way to find products me. So far…. I will be a forever customer!
