361 S Service Rd, Grimsby“Great quaint gym. I have been working out for 42 years and can say this is one of the best gym families ever. The staff and most members are always kind and they are encouraging when you do not want to go to the gym. Even when you are dragging your A$$, you know you can go there and be around people you can call friends and put in a half work out until you are in the mood to go hard again. It makes those hard workouts go by a lot faster. They could use a leg press with plates, but other than that you can work most muscles and its never busy. If you are looking to make a long term commitment to improving your physical and mental health, this would be a great place to start.”

9 Industrial Dr, Grimsby“I signed up about approximately a year ago with this location. I love all staff, especially Sarah and Nick, top two on my list of employees there. Everyone that works there are so friendly, reasonable and understanding. If you have no issues of flowing the internet gym etiquette suggested guidelines. There should be no problems. AVOID using two pieces of equipment that are far away. Supersets and circuits don't run from the chin-up bar to the bench press rack over and over again. Trust me, few things are as frustrating as setting up a piece of workout equipment, only to have someone fly in from across the gym and say they were using that. RESPECT, Common sense. Welcome to the club and Peace out ✌?❤️?”
“Jodie, Christian and Jamie always do a great job explaining the workout and pushing you to your full potential while making sure you maintain proper form. I never thought I’d enjoy these types of workouts but so happy I took the chance to try it out!”
