Went out Saturday morning for a quote on repairing a front fender scrape, Dez was kind enough to do it that morning and did a great job. Definitely worth the drive, a true renaissance man of many talents!

Dez and the rest of the gentlemen in his crew did an amazing job on my vehicle. After searching around, I came across this shop, Dez is a very humble and knowledgeable lad that will help you through the process and listen to exactly what you need to get done. His prices are very reasonable and fair which is remarkable in Ottawa, as that is something you will not find in this city. Very pleased, will be returning again.

Outstanding craftsmanship and customer service. Fantastic results at a reasonable price. After someone ran into my Mustang, the body shop that did the repairs did a poor job on realigning the rear bumper cover and there was terrible swirl marks and runs in the paint along with a horrible job of colour matching. Having heard of Dez's reputation I took my car to them to have the shoddy work by the other garage repaired. Dez's team did a remarkable job with the rework. I was extremely satisfied with the results. I've since been back to have a small dent removed from the rear liftgate on my wife's Edge. Again, done in no time and you'd never know a repair had been done. I've recommended Dez's to friends who have been extremely happy with their work. When the need arises, I'll go to Dez's in a heartbeat. Deal with confidence.

I got a small rust in my old Honda Civic 2008 and I was looking to get rid of that. I looked into a lot of places and everyone gave me a big number which kind of put me in a limbo whether to spend that much for an old car or not. I am glad that I came across Dez's. They fixed my rust at very reasonable cost compare to what others were quoting. They also fixed my Sun Visor and installed number plate at the front for only $50 extra. When everyone is busy sucking money out of your pocket, Dez is more focused on how to save your money. I mean it BIG TIME!!!! I live in Kanata and hence it was a big ride to commute and after a certain point you need to call UBER because the bus service is not that frequent. So when I went to drop my car, they gave me a ride to the bus stop to save my UBER money and also when they called me and left a voice message, they mentioned to let them know when I am coming so that they can pick me up. I was speechless at their kindness. Ohh yess!! I forgot to mention about their work ..... Fantastic and flawless .... if your are even 60-70km away from Dez and need a body work, I would recommend them highly. They will surely do a great job and will cost you way less compare to other places

I had some issues (more then one) that had to be addressed and my local auto mechanic recommended this shop. The staff (Paul and his father) are honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. Cannot say enough about the place and the people, they are great to work with, they had my car back up and running quickly and the result was truly amazing, all this for a reasonable price!!! I will highly recommend Dez and his shop to all my friends and family!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! I stopped in to get a quote, they offered to help me - fixed my issue, I wasn’t even there 15 minutes. Paul and his father are honest and probably two do the best people I have ever met in the industry.

Dez's shop is hands down the best shop I've been to , being a female with a pickup truck I have had scam shop after scam shop who have tried to take advantage of what they think is my "lack of knowledge " but not dezs , i had paid a shop slot of money to fix my rear door to which it just badly rusted and need to be replaced , dezs constant willingness to help and find the best deals for a new rear door , the installation everything else in between made this whole process so easy and headacheless , I'm very grateful and would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone who asks , top notch guys with good hearts
