I purchased a $35 iShieldz screen protector, with a free lifetime warranty replacement from the Wireless Wave. When going in to have my screen protector replaced, I was told I have to submit claims online to iShieldz and pay a $9.99 service fee to have the item shipped. This replacement is neither free nor lifetime.Do yourself a favour and buy your protectors on Amazon, they are $9.99 for a 3 pack. Waste of my time and money, I will be buying my next phone somewhere else with a company that doesn't practice shady business.

Went to upgrade my phone here and the staff were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Even after changing my mind the next day and returning to upgrade to a different phone - they were still very friendly and had top notch customer service emphasizing they wanted what was best for me - very positive experience

As I required a new phone I returned to wireless wave. As I knew the service would be outstanding and it was. Seth and Nicholas were both extremely helpful in selecting my new device. I ended up with a phone that met my needs and they made it easy for me to use. I'll be sure to return to wireless wave.

I am a senior living alone in Elliot Lake. I was told I had to drive to Sudbury to get a new Sim card for my new phone because the carrier was public mobile. Telus sold me a new Sim but did not help me activate it. Nick M at Wireless WaveSpent a great deal of time helping me out and saved my trip to Sudbury. 8 phones later....do not go anywhere else, I have lost, dropped in water, lost photos for work, weak battery, upgraded, downgraded and drove these guy's nuts lol....they have always help me, got me out of trouble, one way or another. Going back in a week for another cell...see you soon.

Service here was great! Michael was great help and kind and courteous. Plus out of all the stores in the mall we found this store and they were the first store to finally be able to help us with what we needed. They know their products and services!!! We had Ryan from the Sudbury office give us a hand getting a new phone plan set up for my sister in law. He was very patient and helpful and I'm now considering a switch from Bell ( where I have been a customer for over 40years).
