Excellent service at the kiosk, no oversellthe young man knew what he was talking about and performed his job proficiently. I like the virtual line. Allows you to do other shopping.

Chelsea at the Sudbury Costco was super helpful in getting me a new phone. She definitely went over and above to help me out. Also, she was able to switch my husbands account giving him more GB and at a cheaper rate. Thanks for the excellent service Chelsea, you are one in a million!!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. But require at least two during the Christmas holidays at all times. Poor guy at the end was working at a feverish pace to try to keep up.Went back the very next day on the 24th at opening around 9:00 9:30 this time had a different sales rep. I was very disappointed. First I asked him clearly that I wanted to see what he was doing on the computer as there were many deals available. As I had already been on hold three times for an hour and waited over 2 hours he could take at least 2 minutes to talk to me. I know he didn't mean much by it but he mentioned his Commission. I thought that was not appropriate the customer I don't care. I didn't want there to be any type of mistake I wanted to know that I was taking advantage of every deal I could. It took him 1 minute to set it up hand me the boxes or sign the paper and move on. I didn't feel respected at all. I asked him if he could put my SIM card in he said no we can't do that during the Christmas rush Holiday Rush. I understand that they may not have time to put on screen protector or transfer data but it does not say you cannot put a SIM card in. I mention this because the other employees always go above and beyond actually sometimes still put on screen protectors always take the time to make you feel appreciated. It felt like his commission and his brakes were more important than the customer and I don't think that's fair to his coworkers.
