Its an automated wash by yourself service. They charge $5 for 5mins. It takes me 15mins to sponge and rinse my Mitsubishi Eclipse cross. Hope someone finds this useful.

$5 minimum start to wash car for five minutes. Wish it was $3 and then add as needed. Need to post if the chemicals used for car wash is environmentally sound or not. I use only soap and water.

No time at all to actually get a job done 5 minutes is stupid. And you can't even just rinse it with water once the timers up.

It doesn't always accept your card, whether it is a frozen terminal or it just doesn't accept debit cards. Be aware of that, and make sure you have enough coins to pay because you will need at least 10 min to wash you car to rinse off all the soap which is 8 dollars. And better use automatic car washes at gas stations in winter. Foam gets frozen fast at -17 -20 degrees, then you need more time to rinse off frozen foam, and then you run out of time and eaither end up with patches of frozen foam or you have to pay another 4 dollars which sums up to 12. And in the end you still have frozen water left on your car. It is better to pay 14 bucks at an automatic one (especially in winter), because your car will be dried in the end.

Rarely hot water, once in awhile the guys around for any issues, coin dispenser doesn’t work half the time, garbage is usually overflowing, today a tap doesn’t work on one bay and the coin dispenser doesn’t work and the place is basically uselessOh usually there’s major potholes on entry to a bay f- terrible ! !

Went to spray my car down today, and I put $10.00 in coin machine and it did not work. Used my credit card and the wash started. Not one person around to help or get your $10.00 back. Terrible way to do business. Someone should be there to help. Now try and get your money back?????

Like any car wash downtown nowadays pricing is way too high, and the amount of pressure coming out of that hose I could wash my car better with a garden hose from home

COMPLETE GARBAGE CAR WASH . COME TO WASTE MONEY , IT'S ALL THIS PLACE IS GOOD FORIf you want to waste your money come to Tommy's car Wash either it just steals your money out right or like today for example there's no soap that comes out of the setting for soap and I caught on to the scam here it's cold water with soap and then hot water to rinse which normally makes more suds and then you're having to put more money into rinse it off Tommy's a ripoff stay away from this place trust me you're better off spending 10 bucks at the esso. You do not save any money here it's poorly maintained and rarely works.
