Came in to purchase a set of suits for a wedding party, the team at tip top not only had what we were looking for in stock, but went out of their way to insure we had what we needed.On the day of the wedding we made an emergency to stop in to pick up a belt. The team saw us and not only helped us to insure we looked good, but alos re-folded our pocket squares so we didn't look so silly!

Last year my fiancé and I had a great experience getting him a suit. Last month however I went in to book an appointment for my fiancé and his groomsmen to all get their suits. One worker was trying to get me to leave but I waited patiently to book the appointment and the lady was very helpful, I gave her all the info for the suit I wanted and colour combos. They showed up today and no appointment was in. Thankfully it wasn’t busy so they were able to squeeze them in but I was trying to make it as easy on my fiancé as possible and he had to call me at work to get the details I had already given them a month prior.

The service was excellent, and I was shown exactly what I asked for and needed. It was an important event, and time was limited to finding the right garments. I will definitely go here for all my child's clothing needs in the future!

Ethan and Andrea did an amazing job of getting me in a suit that fits really well. I fully expected one of them to sit and take a break since the store was empty but instead they both served me and did great job working together. Very glad I didn't order online and walked in instead(was about to order the wrong size). Though Andrea claimed she could tie a tie, it was Ethan that stepped up with solid knot. I will have to trust that Andrea can also tie a tie with the best of them.

My only star goes to Ethan for being kind and attentive.During our visit at roughly 3:15pm Sept 16 the rest of the staff was extremely unprofessional, socializing with friends instead of attending to customers. The cashier recognized a friend 3 people behind us in the cashout line and pulled them to the front, despite another employee (Ethan) pointing out we were there first. A very poor experience. I asked to leave a report for management and the employee told me the option was to leave a review on google and I couldn’t contact a manager. She did not provide her name.

It was quiet when we walked in, but it soon got busy. The woman working there, who was the only one working, did an amazing job!!! I believe her name is Natasha. That girl deserves a raise!! She was so kind and attentive to everyone she served. Even actually running around the store to serve customers in a timely manner. Great service, and excellent experience, would definitely recommend.

Spent over $700 here and never received my order. I was told they didn’t have any record of my purchase. The staff gave me attitude. For a prestigious tailoring shop like TipTop I would have expected better customer service.I will be using other services and shopping elsewhere going forward. Apparently they have no store manager and the district manager runs day-to-day operations… this seems like a recipe for disaster.I don’t expect Grafton Fraser Inc to make it another 10 years if this is how they continue to operate.✌????

Went in to buy a suit for my sisters wedding. Was greeted by Luke who knew his stuff really well. Walked out with a full suit and smile on my face! Special shout out to Jenn and mom for the emotional support! Highly recommend this place!
