From my first website visit last weekend to having the SUV dropped off at my home on Thursday, everything happened efficiently and promptly. A couple of text messages from/to Steve and a couple of phone calls with Ryan were followed by a test drive then an in-person meeting with both in Ryan’s office at the Carlot. A few signatures and several initials later, I was the owner of a 2018 Ford Edge Sport AWD. Steve & Ryan and the customer service I received was awesome. I would recommend The Car Lot etc to everyone I know. Carter and Phil both gave me amazing service. I went in there thinking I would need a co signer and ALOT of anxiety and I explain that to them and they helped me with everything and I was even able to purchase my dream truck on my own without a co signer as they were able to reassure me that my credit was better than I thought! They accommodated my kids as we were there for a little while! Thank you to Carter and Phil for the great service and for being to patient with my kids and I!

I feel like they were amazing through the entire process of the searching , finding and purchase and even got what we wanted … BUT .. we have had ongoing issues with the vehicle basically since the month after we left the lot and they could have cared less by then since they got the sale

Went in to buy a SUV as my old one has recently failed. Rob was excellent to speak with. He actively listened to my parameters and was able to give me options. Ultimately, it came down to two top choices. He got both of them ready for test drives right away. A level of service provided by Rob and Ryan were outstanding and very fast. Highly recommend.

My fiancé found an incredible 2009 ford f150 and we were working with Carter. What a phenomenal guy to talk and work with, when we asked about the truck he was very informative and quick with everything. Before we knew it we were coming home in a new truck!! Even filled it up for us since we were driving almost 4 hours for it! Such a cool guy, even sending him a wedding invitation!

I had a very positive experience dealing with my sales person Steve. He was pleasant and very helpful. The first vehicle I chose was not able to be certified; however Steve was very honest and got me into a vehicle very quickly. I will return, to purchase my next vehicle from the car lot.

The car lot is a great place to get a car, the selection is grand, the vehicles are in great condition ( I went for a ride in a lot of them~) and the staff is 10/10Phil helped me and my partner find a great vehicle and bent every way to make sure that we would be driving away with confidence. We have been looking for the right car for a long time. We saw this car and decided to drive up to Sudbury. Well worth the drive! We were greeted by two wonderful sales persons who warmly welcomed us. The car was ready by the curb to test drive and before you know it, we were out on the road. We loved the vehicle and decided to purchase it. Doing the paperwork was a smooth and streamlined process carried out with great courtesy and warmth by Phil Mullin our sales rep. He has many years of experience in the business, and is a very honest and down-to-earth person that we immediately connected with. We highly recommend him if you want to buy a good used car. I should add that the rest of the staff were very friendly as well and we received the royal treatment.I told Phil that if we could give him six stars, we would!
