If I could give Tomas 10 stars I would. This gentleman did for me what 3 *611 agents were not Tomas went out of way to ensure I got everything I needed done. Even as far as calling head office to have an issue resolved me for. He did all this in an exemplary professional manor. He was extremely friendly and polite the entire time. By far the best customer service I have ever received. I will be only calling him going forward for any further issues I may haveThx for everything you did for me Tomas, keep up the great work

My fiancee and I walked into the store mid November to order a new phone and Tom and Selina approached us and said we should wait for the black Friday deal we will be first in line so I waited like an idiot for the sale and I have all the texts of the whole situation to prove it...my mother and daughter went out of there way 3 times to pick up the phone for me cause I'm out of town working and then just today told me I need to be present to get the phone setup... I don't know these people but they obviously don't want to do business with us and waste all of my families hard earned time and we loose out on the deal. No surprise there, we will be reporting it all directly to telus and Tom replied back to us in text that that's " ok that's fantastic"...this is the service we received I guess you have to know the right people to get the black Friday sale at telus in sudbury and to think we call this place home.
