Horrible experience. Called these guys because my first choice had no trucks available when my car broke down. They told me about 1.5 hours. I called back after 2 hours where I was notified their truck broke down, but they could send someone from their sister company. This was going to cost me another $300 on top of the $280 they were charging. I said no thanks, then had to argue and yell so that they would not charge me a cancellation fee! Called my first choice back and by then someone could come out. 20 minutes and a third of the price this company originally wanted.

Was qouted $500 for 37 liters of Petrol which I found absurd. Will never recommend anyone to them.

Called for a tow out of the ditch and they quoted $950 over the phone had us send pictures. Reason given “The weather is bad and needed special winch”. Used someone else and paid $200 no special winch needed. Scam

They ask for waaaay to much money to do a simple task. Quoted over $600, so we called another place that only charged $150. Don’t bother with this company.

Spent 1.5 hours waiting to hear for a driver only for them to call and ask for 210 more dollars past the initial estimate. A driver finally arrived after 3 hours total, and said it took them 2.5 hours to contact him. 400 dollars to move my car forward 5 meters. 5 min job. Horrible service. The tow truck operator was great. He recommended getting Canadian Tire's 100 dollar coverage for four yearly tows.Don't use this service and just directly call a tow truck operator insteadService: Car towing

Took 1hr to get the tow truck but got me out of the ditch fast however I never had to get a tow truck before could use a little bit more clarity when navigating the vehicle out. Other than that all was well.
