Sudbury RV offers the best customer service I have ever received from a RV Dealership. It is exceptional and second to none. I know that sounds like a strong statement but let me explain.
We were camping in Killarney PP, about an hour from Sudbury where Sudbury RV is located. Our Solar and charging systems went down causing us to lose all our food. We were in a place where we knew no reputal dealers and a place where we knew finding good service was going to be difficult. Most places we called told us a week before they could even look at the rig, let alone order any replacement parts.
We eventually called Sudbury RV and spoke to MIchael. We explained our situation, through our own diagnosis we thought the problem was the convertor but was not 100% sure. MIchael asked all the right questions and it quickly became obvious to us we were dealing with a person who really understood the situation and cared. Sudbury RV made time for us to come in the very next day. To save us even more time, they took the time to order a new convertor without even meeting us or diagnosing the problem in person, this turned out to be a huge time saver for us.
Once we arrived they were courteous, professional and accommodating. They quickly diagnosed the problem and confirmed the problem was indeed the convertor. Michael (who by the way is one of the best service technicians and people I have had the pleasure of dealing with) even recommended places we could stay until the part arrived the next day. The part arrived late the next day as promised, the team stayed late to finish the install and get us on our way.

Since then we have run into other electrical issues and our go to resource is Sudbury RV. This Dealership and their team, and Michael in particular certainly went above and beyond,. They got us back on the road as quickly as they could and we were able to finish our trip thanks to them. If there was a 10 star rating I would give it.
Thank You Sudubury RV for everything you did to support us through a very stressful and diffiult time.

My buddy brought me here to check out
a 5th wheel he is interested in eventually
purchasing when convenient for him .
I must say i was astounded at what i saw
and how ultra modern high end finish and
detailing was but much more importantly
the comfort it offered .
Another friend in the parc we all are at
had mentioned last year he also was
looking forwards to buying this same
model 5th wheel trailer .
I fully understand their enthusiasm
when they speak of it and hopefully
somehow someday i would own
same style 5th wheel model and
brand which is Grand Design Solitude 346OFL model , sold at Sudbury RV just off Notre Dame Street in Sudbury .
The RV salesman , was very well versed
in and up to date on specifics and took his time to make sure we understood any questions asked , although my
buddy had extensively researched this unit specifically in depth , but i myself actually had a few inquiries myself answered .
After we left my buddy mentioned
more stuff on unit as he had also
talked with the sales manager .
Awesome Product Indeed plus peace of mind quality warranty Plus extended warranty is available to purchase making it very interesting all around for myself hopefully someday .

I couldn't be happier with the service and travel trailer we bought. We bought a 2017 Keystone Outback that was in mint condition. It looked new in the pictures and it looked just as new in person. Vic was our salesperson and made the sale seamless, France was our finance lady and she was a great go between at times arranging service. Mike in service was super helpful as we needed 2 service calls, Vic even came and opened it up when we locked our keys in the unit. Would highly recommend Sudbury RV to first time buyers and everyone else.
