They took the time to help me pick out accessories, adjust the bike.. they truly are so knowledgeable. You get a real sense of family purchasing a bike with them and I know that I will be a customer for life! If I could rate them more then 5 stars I would!”

“I purchased some skates online for a great price. Received a call from the store to advise that there was an issue with inventory and the size I ordered wasn’t available. They provided several options for alternate skates, and ended up sending me a newer model of the skates I ordered for no extra charge. Package arrived 1 day later.This is why we need to support our local and independently owned businesses. You don’t get this kind of service at the big retailers.”

“Went in to exchange skates I bought. The younger girl working near the skates was very helpful and offered many suggestions. The shift lead for the store went above and beyond in understanding and trying to help when approving the transaction. Dealing with customer service and exchanges/returns can be gruelling, sport chek made it very pleasant. Will be back for sure for athletic clothing and sporting goods”
