Drove here specifically due to the 93 grade fuel sign, only to find out they do not have 93 grade fuel. Checked all the pumps in case it was limited to a select few but still no. Went in and asked the employee who had trouble understanding me and could not explain it. No help from him who also burped and talked on the phone during our short interaction. I get the employee not speaking the greatest English or talking on the phone, I’ve been there before. But why the blatant false advertisement? Mobil 93+ will continue to get my patronage.

About 20mintues ago I came to this location to get some gas. As I was trying to pay for my gas and iteams the cashier started accusing me of coming here this morning and stealing $100 worth of gas! Having this be my first time using this shell location since moving to sudbury 3months ago, i was filled with shock and disbelief as the cashier on shift was forcing the bill for said gas in my hands. I asked her to check the cameras and explained that I've never used this station before but she smirked at me in disbelief refusing to check the cameras and insisted I paid the amount right now. After arguing I paid for my rightful iteams and left feeling discriminated against and wrongfully accused.

What's with the massive thick plexy glass in that store?? Clerks have a hard time hearing what customers are saying and have to jam their hands through a small hole to scan your items. Absolutely ridiculous !! We are not living in a ghetto !

BAD GAS!I filled up my car from empty. And my car was smoking, and clunking all the way to Barrie. Where I filled up with REAL GAS. Then my car ran smoothly again.They WATER DOWN their gas! Don't go here.

Excellent service! The full-time, full-serve gas guy during the day is extremely friendly and kind. This great service is why Shell on Barrydowne is my regular gas station! Keep up the awesome work!

Don’t ever expect to use your Air Miles here. They always claim you don’t have any miles available. What’s the point in marketing their partnership with Air Miles so much if the system is so unreliable.
