GABBY at the Laselle shopping centre in Sudbury went above and beyond to help me with a new skin care routine and makeup. She is extremely sweet, friendly, helpful, patient and knowlegable. She spent probably a good 45 minutes helping me figure out my skin type, products, answering all my silly questions and giving great advice all while keeping me well within budget (not an easy feat in Sephora!) She never made me feel rushed, annoying or stupid. I would have gave her a giant tip and hug if allowed, best customer experience ive had in a long time, sincerely. Thank you so much Gabby, I'm so happy with my new beauty and makeup routine!Also, the lady at the cash was amazingly sweet as well. Not all of my Sephora trips are pleasant, I find I'm easily overwhelmed with both products and the employees sometimes, prices are crazy too but I was so happy with this experience and Gabby deserves everything good in this world XO

I will never be shopping instore at the new sudbury shopping center. I got accused of shoplifting by an associate after picking up by Fenty beauty concealer that I have been using and purchasing for over 3 yrs now. I spend about 500 dollars monthly at sephora in store and have never stolen anything a day in my life!! Thankfully when I asked to speak to the manager I showed her the old used cover up I had put in my purse that was clearly full of old makeup she handled it nicely and even opened up a cash for me in the lane that was closed to allow me to pay and get the hell out of the store as fast as I could due to embarrassment. If there was another Sephora in town and I could avoid going back to that place all together I would but unfortunately it's the only one in Sudbury.. so online it is... Thumbs down Sephora

I had purchased the drunk elephant and let me tell you I was very disappointed in the amount of product that was in the container. For what they charge I couldn't believe it. I believe people should know what they are getting by taking apart the package and you will see when you open the container and pull out the other small cup they add inside. you also wouldn't believe what you get for the amount that you have just spent on this product. Shame on the company for doing this to their consumers. Here is what you expect to not expect.

Amazing service from staff. Came here for a few new products I saw online. When I asked the workers about it, they gave me an honest opinion rather than try to sell me the products - either way I ended up loving them. The workers seem very non judgmental which I really appreciate! Thanks for all the help and amazing service ♡

No support for on going offers during signups, don’t give free gift even if they have the products with them looks like fake promotions.
