The older lady at the cashier was so rude to begin with. I needed some loonies for the laundromat next door. I understand I have to make a purchase which I did.Then she is like I can't give you loonies which she knew I was buying this random thing to get loonies cause I told her prior to buying this random item.Ask to speak to manager. Manager's excuse was she didn't have time to go to the bank yet to get loonies. It was after lunch time mind you.Manager and employee both very rude and very unprofessional.Don't use time as an excuse, learn how to 'manage' your time better, and if you don't then you shouldn't be a 'manager'This is a rexall we talking about and not a corner store.

I was there many times, the old lady in cashier was so rude. Even though I was really happy to say hello and thank you to her, she never said anything. Even didn’t tell me the total of what I bought. So rude. Just because I am Asian so she did that to me? I saw her say hello with the customer behind me.

DO NOT GO TO THIS REXALL !!! I went in the get my flu shot today and on the lawn plus in store they have signs that say you walk-in welcome. I was told that they stopped taking walk in today because it’s appointment based which there was no notifications or signs saying so. I was just supposed to know. I waited for about 15 minutes to be told they were really busy (me being the only person there for a flu shot ) that I would be waiting an hour maybe more because they are no longer are taking walk-in even though the sign right above his head stated other wise. I was treated like I was given a favour. It was unreal and in professional. I highly do not recommend this careless place with anything. Added photos of the signs out front saying walk in welcome. They are not taking walk ins and most definitely not welcome !

They Never have the right meds in for repeats and nor do they warn you that you need repeats bc you are on the last month....Like come on Guys get your act together...Very Lucky that I have No choice but to deal with Rexall for my benefits use. Because we would so be going back to Herman's where they actually Care about their patients.

The pharmacy staff at this shop are truly wonderful. They have shown a level of kindness and support extremely rare these days. They have been a tremendous help to me navigating the expenses and stresses of cancer, chemotherapy, and support drugs. I can't thank them enough for being such a comfort during an unpleasant year.
