“Northern Exotics is a fabulous cozy pet store. I look forward to visiting and looking at all the beautiful and interesting creatures. The store is very well stocked. It has both the common items and some harder to find stuff as well. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a loyalty programs too.

“I have always had really wonderful experiences with the staff in this store. They are always so polite, organized, and always know exactly how to help in any situation. However, every time I’ve been in (which is often), I have noticed that the same employee consistently mistreats their coworkers. I believe their name starts with a J, but I could be wrong. Her rude comments to the staff often happened in front of customers, hence this review, making an awkward and uncomfortable environment for everyone. I literally watched one of the employees walk away from the conversation visibly upset. Truly so sad, as everything else about the store is lovely.”
