Mr Lube on Regent in Sudbury was amazing to deal with. JP, the Supervisor, did troubleshooting on my vehicle and got it running much more smoothly. He was very kind and helpful, responded to follow up calls, and assisted without charge for some of my service. Highly recommend!

This place is horrible. Was there today to fix a quick air leak in one tire. Waited over an hour and a half to even get let into the garage, but they were letting multiple other vehicles that got there less than 10 minutes ago in way before me. When I was finally being served, they took a long time to service a single tire. I was then brought into the middle of the garage to pay and was sprayed with dirty water and overcharged from the original price I was told. After having to argue with the manager, I was refunded but employees continued to try and explain what happened and why it wasn’t their fault. I dont want any compensation or anything just wanted to warn people to never go here for tires.

I came here today and was so impressed with the customer service, that I had to leave a review. The entire staff was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and friendly. Specifically what appeared to be the manager, I believe his name was Salim or Salin, was very hands-on and made sure that everyone inside and outside was taken care of. I just thought it was so refreshing considering I get so frustrated with businesses that rely on robots and self-serve options. When I called before going in (you can just show up but I had a question) I got to speak to a real person right away and they too were very helpful.

Great service and work environment! The team went above and beyond to check all my fluids, topped up everything, and even were able to change the diff fluids on my truck in the same sitting as the oil change. 5 star service would recommend to anyone!

DK has been receiving me today at Mr Lube Sudbury, from oil change to everything else (changing my front head lights to led, replacing my backup light), everything was done in a very professional way, peoplr there are really pleasant to converse with and are always ready to efficiently assist you, hoghly recommending them ?
