Recently attended this shop for service. Great service, a competent gemologist and the owner Miguel is very nice and all about great customer service. He came highly recommended by a family member who trusted her services to him for over 35 years years ! Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best customer service in Greater Sudbury. It was my first time and definitely won't be my last. I needed a pinky ring sized up a half size. It was done in less than fifteen minutes. When I asked the gentleman what I owed he said, you owe nothing. I declined and said no, please what's so I owe. Again, he said not a thing. I told him I'd definitely be a return customer and I'd spread the word within my social circles.

I had a swollen finger with my ring stuck the gentlemen in the store got me out within 5 minutes. Absolutely love the friendly service. highly recommend to go there.

Well, I cannot say enough good things about the service and just dedication I received from Miguel on my family ring that I brought in for repairs. While the ring gave us both a few challenges...Miguel was very quick to make it right!!
He is very good at what he does, prices are extremely fair (best I have ever seen or have been quoted on by others in town) but mostly his commitment to his client satisfaction is by far 'amazing'. I know where I will be going from now on.

Today was the BEST Monday because of you. It was meant to be that you repaired my gold heart chain. I was recommended to go see you from the Pandora Jewelry store in the mall. You are a beautiful, honest and talented man who cares about his clientele. I will KEEP you as my special gold smith and WILL pass your business card around when I can. My chain has a lot of sentimental value and you treated it with such care like it was your own. That means a lot. A big thank you to Simon as well. He was so kind and welcoming when I first arrived. Thank you for being so honest and for your outstanding work. I think my gold heart chain will go for another 20 years. Their are still some HONEST good folks in this world.
